Welcome to Flourish DMV! We are a faith-based women's group for college students and recent grads navigating school, career, and life in the DMV.

Led by Christian women from Compass College Church, we aren’t just here to give advice—we want to walk alongside you, encourage you, and cheer you on as you grow in purpose and confidence.
